Daily breakfast buffet was excellent.

During my 2-night family stay, I was extremely disappointed. The room felt cramped and unwelcoming, particularly for our 2-month-old baby. To make matters worse, the air conditioning was inadequate, leaving the room dangerously cold with drafts. We arrived to find the bath dirty with hairs, forcing us to clean before using it after a long drive. Despite being Bon Voy Platinum Elite members, the staff’s treatment was appalling, and their promises were unfulfilled.
